Now What? is a decision-making tool for entertainment purposes. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
Movie titles, TV shows, recipes, restaurant suggestions, bar and nightlife suggestions, activity ideas, game titles, and other content provided by Now What? are for entertainment and suggestion purposes only. Some content is maintained in Now What?'s app datasets, while other content may come from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, or timeliness of any content.
Place, restaurant, bar, nightlife, activity, and map suggestions may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or unsuitable. Always verify location details, opening hours, reservations, admission requirements, age restrictions, accessibility, safety conditions, and applicable laws directly with the venue before visiting.
Suggestions involving bars, clubs, alcohol, or nightlife are intended only for users legally permitted to enter or participate under applicable local rules. Now What? does not verify age eligibility, admission policies, alcohol service, transportation safety, or venue suitability.
Recipes and cooking suggestions are informational only. Verify ingredients, allergens, dietary restrictions, food safety, preparation requirements, and medical or nutritional suitability independently before preparing or consuming any recipe.
Now What?, its name, logo, design, mini games, and original content are the intellectual property of Eduardo Graffe. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app's original content without prior written permission.
Now What? is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduardo Graffe shall not be liable for:
Now What? may integrate with third-party services including Apple Maps, Geoapify, Cloudflare, Sentry, IGDB / Twitch, TVMaze, AniList through a proxy service, Google Maps links, and Expo / EAS. Your use of the app may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party services.
Now What? uses Apple Maps as its primary places provider for nearby place search, place details, and place photos, and may use Geoapify as a fallback or supplemental places provider. Place information may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or different from what appears at the actual venue.
When you choose to open a selected place on a map, Now What? may open an external Google Maps link or another map destination. External map services are outside of our control and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
